Welcome to PressBlk. By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PressBlk is a marketplace platform connecting consumers with Black-owned businesses. The App allows users to browse businesses, purchase products, book services, and communicate with business owners.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PressBlk offers auto-renewable subscription plans for business owners:

• Silver Membership — $19.95/month
• Gold Membership — $29.95/month
• Platinum Membership — $39.95/month

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Guest Purchases

Users may browse and purchase products without creating an account. Guest orders are processed through Stripe. An invitation to create an account will be sent after purchase.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited messages

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by PressBlk and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PressBlk does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

PressBlk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
