CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between PressBlk Inc. ("Company") and the undersigned beta tester ("Tester").
1. Confidential Information. "Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by the Company to the Tester, including but not limited to: software features, user interface designs, business strategies, technical data, source code, APIs, user data schemas, and any pre-release product information.
2. Obligations. The Tester agrees to:
(a) Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential;
(b) Not disclose, publish, or otherwise reveal any Confidential Information to any third party;
(c) Not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than beta testing;
(d) Not take screenshots, recordings, or copies of pre-release features for distribution;
(e) Report any bugs, issues, or feedback only through official channels provided by PressBlk.
3. Duration. This Agreement remains in effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of signing, or until the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the Tester.
4. Return of Materials. Upon request or termination of the beta program, the Tester shall destroy all copies of Confidential Information in their possession.
5. Remedies. The Tester acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to PressBlk, and that PressBlk shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunction and specific performance, in addition to all other remedies available at law.
6. Beta Testing Scope. The Tester will have access to pre-release versions of the PressBlk mobile application. The Tester agrees to provide constructive feedback and report bugs through the designated feedback channels.
7. No Warranty. Beta software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PressBlk is not liable for any damages arising from use of beta software.
8. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
